Customer support after providing the Credit report:

- After the Customer receiving the Credit report, the customer service department of PCB will assist the Customer in reading and understanding the Credit report (if the Customer demands), and answering questions related to the Credit report.

- In case the Customer does not agree with the content within the Credit report, the customer service department of PCB will discuss with other internal PCB departments to find out the cause and make an appointment for the Customer on time and way to deliver the answer.
