CRIF, a global company specializing in credit bureau, business information and credit solutions, has announced today the acquisition of PT Visi Globalindo Data Utama (PT Visi), a major business information provider based in Jakarta.

Operating since 2009, PT Visi provides consultancy and business information services to international and domestic credit companies, banking organizations, multinational and trade insurance companies. Its business information reports are used extensively by credit guarantee institutions in the USA, Latin America, Europe, Asia and Africa, as well as trading houses, suppliers, banks, and the commercial sections of several foreign embassies in Indonesia. Specifically, the business information reports provided by PT Visi contain detailed information on any investigated company, including date of establishment, legal status, business permits, business lines, capitalization, sales turnover, investment, work force, boards of management, supervisory boards and associated companies. In addition, the company also covers the business operations of companies, business prospects, financial status, management capability and creditworthiness.
