- Customer is only allowed to request PCB to get their own Credit report

- PCB only provides Credit report to the Customer that asking for their own Credit report

Customer support after providing the Credit report:

- After the Customer receiving the Credit report, the customer service department of PCB will assist the Customer in reading and understanding the Credit report (if the Customer demands), and answering questions related to the Credit report.
