The outstanding loans have increased again since mid- August after a long period of stagnation, though the money has been disbursed mostly to big enterprises.

On August 26th 2013, PCB and Vietcombank organized a training course on credit information product utilization at Vietcombank Tower, 198 Tran Quang Khai, Hanoi. Participants included department leaders and staffs of Vietcombank head quarter, head transaction office, Hanoi branch and Thanh Cong branch.
