On August 26th 2013, PCB and Vietcombank organized a training course on credit information product utilization at Vietcombank Tower, 198 Tran Quang Khai, Hanoi. Participants included department leaders and staffs of Vietcombank head quarter, head transaction office, Hanoi branch and Thanh Cong branch.

State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) promulgated Instruction No 03 dated 17/07/2013 on management solution of monetary and credit policies, banking activities in ending months of the year, in which emphasize target of credit growth to 12%.

A meeting hosted by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen XuanPhuc in Hanoi on July 2 addressed the tasks needed to implement a project on developing a national database on secured transactions with representative of Ministries of Justices, Natural Resources and Environment, Transportation and Finance, the State Bank of Vietnam, Government Office and Vietnam Bank Association, etc.
